Britney Spears wants to replace Barack Obama in the White House

Britney Spears has outlined her plans to become US president.

The singer, 27, listed ten ways things would be different if she were in power.

She reeled off her ideas in a video shown on the Late Show With David Letterman this week.

Her spoof proposals included making P Diddy vice-president and building a nightclub on the moon.

She'd also lure Osama bin Laden out of hiding with her new fragrance Circus Fantasy.

During the two-minute clip, Britney dressed in a skimpy swimming costume.
