Heroes star says she often has bad hair days

Hayden Panettiere doesn't think she's got the perfect body. 

The Heroes actress admits she has self-esteem issues.

'I'm insecure about my body,' Hayden, 20, tells Now.

'I'm a typical girl. I often hate my body and have bad hair days. I could show you a million things that I don't like and would change.'

But Hayden says she's beginning to feel more confident in her own skin. 

'I've never been one of those people who's been obsessed with working out or being super-skinny,' she says.

'The older I get, the more comfortable I am with it. I still have "fat days" when I have to wear baggy T-shirts with sweat pants, though!'
