Madonna was seen in an intimate embrace with her boyfriend during her birthday celebrations.
The singer, who turned 51 on Sunday, has been holidaying in Portofino, Italy, with Jesus Luz, 22.
They're with her kids Mercy James, 4, David Banda, 3, and daughter Lourdes, 13.
A playful Madonna jumped into the water in a personalised basketball kit.
She later shared a tender moment with Jesus, who cuddled up to her and kissed her shoulder.
