Jack Tweed admits he gets drunk to deal with the death of his wife Jade Goody.
The former jailbird has been criticised for partying with a string of women since she passed away.
But Jack, 22, says he's just trying to ease his grief.
‘I know booze isn't the answer but it helps me forget - even if it's only for a few hours,’ he says. ‘I DO need help. I just don't know what kind of help.
'I know I'm using alcohol as a crutch, I know it can make me do crazy things, but I can't see myself pouring out my problems to strangers, to counsellors. What can they do? They can't bring Jade back.’
Jack says he's dealing with Jade's death in his own way.
‘I won’t grieve to order,’ he tells the News Of The World. ‘I won’t get over Jade in the way the public wants me to, because there is no right way. I just have to get through it as best I can.
'I hate being on my own, I hate coming home to an empty house, so I make sure it doesn't happen very often.’
