Pete Doherty's dangerous driving case has been referred to Gloucester Crown Court.
The Babyshambles star appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court yesterday.
Pete, 30, was arrested in Gloucester in June after his vehicle was allegedly driven erratically.
He's admitted two counts of possessing heroin, driving without insurance and driving without a correct licence.
Pete, who hasn't entered a plea for the drink driving charge, has been released on conditional bail until 2 October.
