The quirky singer believes people should be informed if they whiff.

‘Someone next to me has a bad case of halitosis and won’t stop talking,’ Katy, 24, complained on Twitter. 'I can’t breathe.'

‘Don’t know him but wonder if anyone’s ever told him. Wouldn’t you want to know?’
