Amanda Holden: Big Brother helped me decide to divorce

Britain’s Got Talent Judge gives her reasons

Amanda Holden decided to divorce her ex-husband Les Dennis after his stint on Celebrity Big Brother in 2002.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge realised that she was happier without him and decided not to greet him on his eviction night.

‘It was when Les went on Big Brother that I couldn’t take it any longer,’ Amanda, 38, tells GQ.

‘I haven’t seen Les since we separated six years ago. It is amazing that we haven’t bumped into each other. We didn't have any kids so there was no real reason to see one another.’

The couple were granted a divorce in 2003.

Amanda also had a relationship with actor Neil Morrissey during the marriage.
