Caprice is thinking about having cosmetic surgery.

The model, 37, feels pressured to look glamorous.

‘Of course I would consider [surgery]!' Caprice tells Now Online.

'Especially in the entertainment world. The second I walk out of the house looking horrible the media just slam you.

'It’s a vain, vain world we live in and if I have to do something to maintain my physical appearance, I’m going to do it.’
