Jacko's mum awarded custody of kids by court

Katherine Jackson will also get monthly allowance

Michael Jackson died from a suspected heart attack in June

Michael Jackson's mum has been given permanent custody of his three children by an LA judge.

Katherine Jackson will also receive a monthly allowance to care for Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7.

Michael’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe, the mum of his two eldest children, will have visitation rights.

She will also receive alimony payments, agreed with the star in before his death.

Michael, who died aged 50 on 25 June, named Katherine, 79, as guardian of his kids in his will.

Blanket was born to an unnamed surrogate.
