Sinitta: I bully Simon Cowell and empty his fridge

X Factor adviser Sinitta helps her old flame keep in shape

Sinitta has been helping Simon Cowell get back in shape

Now 40 and a single mum since splitting with husband Andy Willner, Sinitta looks amazing.

And she's been doing her best to make sure ex-boyfriend Simon Cowell - 50 this year - is also trim and fit.

'Whoever said he had man boobs can take it back now,' Sinitta insists.

'He was so gorgeous when I first met him and, while I’m not saying he wasn’t gorgeous any more, he was getting a bit soft around the edges.

'After bullying him and emptying the contents of his fridge and replacing it with healthy food, he submitted. Now he’s addicted to being healthy.

'I’ve got him doing exercises, like sit-ups and the plank. He walks around all puffed up, like: "Look at me, darling!" so although the waist is smaller, the head is bigger.'

Sinitta finds looking after adopted kids  Zac, two, and Magdalena, three, gives her plenty of exercise, but she also works out.

'I used to be a dancer, so that always kept me in shape,' she explains, 'but now I go to the gym five days a week and I work out at home on weekends.

'I’m petite, so if I didn’t, I’d be a skinny little thing. I’m devising my own keep-fit system, so I can pass it on.'
