Actress is yet to set a date for the big day

Jaime Pressly turned 32 last week

My Name Is Earl star Jaime Pressly and entertainment lawyer Simran Singh are to marry.

The actress's rep confirmed the news and said the couple are yet to set a date for the wedding.

Jaime split from DJ Eric Cubiche last November after a two-year engagement.

They have a son, Dezi, 2.

Alison Adey
