Cristiano Ronaldo and Nereida Gallardo holidayed together in Sardinia last year

Cristiano Ronaldo came close to bumping into his ex-girlfriend when he exited a club yesterday.

Nereida Gallardo, 26, tried to say hello to the Real Madrid star outside the night spot in Majorca.

But she was brushed aside by a security guard acting for Cristiano, 24, who seemed oblivious.

‘He didn't stop to chat,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror.

Nereida and Cristiano dated for nine months last year.

Meanwhile, Cristiano is said to have bought an £8million 36-room mansion in Madrid.
