Kate Garraway has a baby boy

GMTV host and husband Derek Draper name him William

Kate Garraway started her maternity leave two weeks ago

Kate Garraway has become a mum for the second time.

The GMTV presenter, 42, and her husband Derek Draper had a baby boy at London's Imperial College Hospital on Tuesday.

The new arrival, who weighed a healthy 7lb 12oz, has been named William Garraway Draper.

Kate and Derek are already parents to three-year-old daughter Darcey.

'We are in seventh heaven and keep grinning from ear to ear,' they say in a statement.

'Billy is so beautiful. We can't wait to get home so that Darcey can meet her new little brother.'

Kate will return to GMTV in the autumn.
