Hollyoaks star Ricky Whittle is a big David Beckham fan and loves his new Armani campaign.

'It’s stunning,' he admits. 'He’s the golden boy, but he definitely has that rough edge about him.

'He’s an athlete, so he looks amazing – but I’ve got a better body! I love his tattoos, though. I’m not allowed any because my character Calvin Valentine’s a good guy – but if I could, I’d definitely get a sleeve on my arm like Becks.'

Ricky, 28 - who is dating co-star Carley Stenson - reckons David is so hot, everyone wants him.

'I’ve never seen that guy look bad – he even pulled off the sarong look,' he admits. 'All the girls love him and all the guys want to be him. I’m not being funny, but even I’d go there!'
