Jordan: I cried more over Dane Bowers than Pete

Glamour model compares her break-ups

Jordan reckons her split from husband Peter Andre wasn't the worst heartbreak she's ever had. 

The glamour model says her break-up was with ex Dane Bowers 10 years ago was far more painful.

'I’ve always said that when I split up from Dane, that was the worst break-up I’ve ever had in my life,' she says.

'I did the overdose, and from that day I always said I’d never, ever, ever let a man do that to me again.

‘I know people find it hard to believe but when you’ve been hurt that bad and it takes two years to get over someone, I can’t let emotion get to me.’

Jordan, 31, who is mum to disabled son Harvey, 7, Junior, 4, and Princess Tiaamii, 2, is now in a relationship with Alex Reid and says she's learned how to contain her feelings.

‘I've got a big shield up,' she tells OK!. 'You can fire a cannonball at me and I will shield it.'
