While Jade Goody’s devastated family paid their respects to the tragic star last week at a memorial service in Bermondsey, grieving widower Jack Tweed was nowhere to be seen.
Instead, he was miles away in Hastings filming a pop video for a sexy girl band. Afterwards, he honoured Jade’s memory by partying the night away.
Since his release from prison in May, Jack’s been careful not to be pictured kissing a girl so that no one can claim he’s disrespecting Jade so soon after her death.
But at the Duke of Essex Polo Cup in Epping on 4 July, we saw him fondle a woman when he thought no one was looking. However, he was spotted by several witnesses who were shocked by his crass behaviour.
One onlooker said: ‘It wasn’t just a pat on her bum – he left his hand there way too long. If it wasn’t someone he had a thing with, he would’ve got a slap in the face. It was pretty crude.’
Days later, Jack snubbed Jade’s memorial to star in girl band Bubbel G’s video. He then went to London nightclub Movida, where he was spotted flirting and winking at girls. He left in the early hours with Bianca Gascoigne, but denies anything is going on between them.
A source close to Jack says: ‘It’s no surprise that he’s trying it on with any girl possible.
He’s been telling everyone – and I mean everyone – that he’s desperate for sex. He claims he hasn’t slept with anyone, but that’s hard to believe. He can’t help himself when he’s in a club – he’ll give any lady a wink, squeeze their bum and pass on his number.’
Ironically, Jack’s trying to avoid negative publicity because, on the back of being Jade’s widower, he plans to set up a restaurant serving ‘real food’, form his own pop band and become a club promoter.
Last month, his PR denied that he texted women while he was serving time in prison for assault. Since then, girls have contacted a source to say that Jack has either tried it on face-to-face or sent them suggestive texts. Jack’s publicity machine is trying to keep him on the straight and narrow, but he keeps going against their advice as he says ‘going out clubbing is a part of him’.
Our source adds: ‘He’s even been told by his female mates that he needs to keep it in his trousers and stop going out to clubs, but he just responds: “Fancy a shag?”’
A spokesman for Jack denies he has a girlfriend or that he groped a woman’s bottom at the polo event.
