Britney Spears' ex-boyfriend due in court on 23 July
Saturday, 11 July 2009
Britney Spears' ex Adnan Ghalib is to stand trial for allegedly running a man down.
A judge at a pre-hearing in LA yesterday decided that there’s enough evidence for the paparazzi photographer to face charges of felony assault with a deadly weapon, battery and hit-and-run.
Ram Moskowitz claims he was knocked over as he tried to serve Adnan with a restraining order on 11 February.
The snapper is due in court on 23 July, reports TMZ.
If convicted, Adnan faces 7 years in prison.
