Jacko's brain to be returned to family after tests

Coroner using organ to investigate his death

A memorial for Michael Jackson was seen by billions of people worldwide

Michael Jackson’s brain is still being probed to determine the cause of his death.

The organ was removed during the star’s autopsy for neuropathology testing.

‘As soon as we are done with the brain, we will return it,’ says LA assistant chief coroner Ed Winter. ‘There is a whole series that will be done.'

It's thought Michael's family are still deciding whether to lay him to rest at his Neverland ranch or at a private cemetery.

'The last I heard, they are not burying the body yet,’ adds Mr Winter.

Michael's death certificate has been released without a listed cause of death.
