Lady GaGa wore a gimp-style outfit at the MTV Isle Of Malta Festival this week.

The singer kept her face almost completely masked in sweltering 34C heat.

'It's a contemporary art piece,' she told a press conference.

Lady GaGa, 23, real name Stefani Germanotta, is dating a businessman known only as Speedy.
