Dane Bowers: I still love Jordan

Singer reckons they understand each other

Dane Bowers is back at his parents' house after splitting from his wife

Dane Bowers admits he still has feelings for ex-girlfriend Jordan.

The Another Level singer met with the glamour model, 31, shortly after she split from husband Peter Andre, 36, in May.

It was the first time they’d spoken since they finished eight years ago.

‘I can’t explain how weird it felt to see Kate again and to realise I still care deeply about her,’ reveals Dane.

‘I discovered a part of me still loves her and probably always will. I think we understand each other better than anyone else.

'But it totally freaked me out because I used to hate Kate – I mean really loathe her.’

But after seeing all the negative press about her, Dane, 29, wanted to offer his support.

‘It’s like she’s the Devil and he’s St Peter,’ he tells the Sunday People.

‘There were things I wanted to sort out, stuff I’d never said to her so I got her number, sent a few texts and we started talking on the phone.

'Then about five weeks later she invited me round for a chat.’

Dane and Jordan, 31, dated for two years from 1998.
