Peter Andre to model for Christian Audigier

Singer will apparently earn £500,000 from the deal

Peter Andre follows in the footsteps of Michael Jackson by becoming a muse for Christian Audigier

Peter Andre has been signed up as a model for Christian Audigier.

The singer, who lost a stone after splitting from Jordan, will net a reported £500,000 from the deal.

‘Christian had a meeting with Peter and they agreed for Peter to become the face of Ed Hardy in Europe,’ says a source.

‘Christian is launching a new store in London this year and Peter will be a big part of that promotion.’

Peter, 36, also has a £1million deal with independent record label Conehead.

‘I signed with them because they've listened and took on board what I want,’ he tells The Sun.

‘It's not about the money, but some of the big record labels didn't offer me anywhere near what Conehead have.’

His first single, Behind Closed Doors, is out next month.

Katie Price And Peter Andre: The Next Chapter Stateside airs on ITV2 on Thursdays at 9pm.
