Holders have to contact promoters by 14 August
Tuesday, 30 June 2009
The 800,000 Michael Jackson fans who were to attend his 50 London gigs will receive a refund or a special souvenir ticket.
Promoters AEG Live have vowed to reimburse anyone who purchased their seats through authorised agents.
But fans can opt to receive an original ticket instead, which was designed by Michael, 50.
It features a hologram, which shows the singer dancing when moved.
AEG Live, who will be printing a limited number of tickets, will run their offer until 14 August.
Ticket holders can get information at www.michaeljacksonlive.com from Wednesday.
