Farrah Fawcett’s jailed son to attend funeral

Police have agreed to release him from prison

Redmond O'Neal was unable to be with his mum when she died

Redmond O'Neal will be allowed to go to his mum Farrah Fawcett’s funeral.

The jailbird is serving time in the Pitchess Detention Center in California for drug offences.

But Redmond’s lawyer say police have agreed to let him out for the ceremony in LA this afternoon.

‘That's an absolute yes,’ his lawyer William Slattery tells People.

Farrah died on Thursday after a three-year battle with cancer.
