A woman accused of trespassing on Britney Spears’ property has pleaded not guilty.
Miranda Tozier-Robbins was arrested on the grounds of the singer’s LA home in April.
The one-time American Idol hopeful is charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.
It's alleged she refused to go when asked by police – but denied this in court yesterday.
‘I was detained at the residence, your honour. I wasn't asked to leave,’ she told judge Jay Ford III.
The 26 year-old must not go within 100 yards of Britney, her home, workplace or family.
A pre-trial date has been set for 17 July. Tozier-Robbins faces six months in jail if found guilty.
