Black Eyed Peas manager charged with Perez Hilton 'assault'

Polo Molina due in court on 5 August

Perez Hilton has been blogging since 2005

The Black Eyed Peas' tour manager has been charged with assault.

Polo Molina, 36, allegedly attacked celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, 31, outside the Cobra nightclub in Toronto in the early hours of Monday.

Police say he voluntarily turned himself in.

Polo is due at a Toronto court on 5 August.

Perez, real name Mario Lavendeira, blamed a third party in his original internet message.
