Sienna Miller appears to be back in the arms of her former love Balthazar Getty.

The actress, 27, has been seen with the Brothers & Sisters star, 34, in Positano, Italy.

They looked close as they dined with family and friends.

Balthazar has four children with his estranged wife Rosetta Millington.
