Sonique’s breast cancer has spread

Singer to undergo further op at Harley Street clinic

Sonique started her career as a teenager with reggae band Fari

Sonique's breast cancer has spread to the lymph nodes under her arms.

The singer was diagnosed with the disease last week and had emergency surgery at a clinic in London's Harley Street on Monday.

And now Sonique, 40, real name Sonia Clarke, faces a further procedure today.

‘She has been taken back into theatre for another operation this morning as the cancer has spread,’ says her spokesman Stuart Watts.

Sonique has enjoyed chart success with hits I Put A Spell On You and It Feels So Good.
