Jade Goodys husband wants to grieve in private
Sunday, 5 July 2009
Jack Tweed has hit out at the media intrusion following the death of wife Jade Goody.
The 22-year-old wants to be allowed to grieve in private.
‘It's hard [to get on with my life] because there are photographers outside my house all the time and they are just waiting for me to put just one foot out of line,’ says Jack.
‘Everyone thinks I'm going to go off with a girl or something and it's hard to try and get on with things when you have so many people waiting and wanting you to do something wrong.’
Jack finds it hardest visiting Jade’s grave.
‘It wasn't very private [the first time I went], there were about 50 photographers at the side and it's hard because I don't want to go there and start crying in front of them,’ he explained on This Morning.
‘I'd rather go on my own when no one's there at night.’
