Amanda Holden wears body-shaping knickers when she’s feeling bloated.
‘On fat days, I wear Spanx or tuck my stomach into a tight pair of jeans,’ admits the Britain's Got Talent judge.
‘I also drink lots of water and know that fresh air and exercise works wonders.’
But Amanda, 38, reckons she’ll end up having surgery to maintain her youthful looks.
‘I intend to have everything done when the time’s right – nipped, tucked, you name it,’ she says. ‘When I’m 50, I’ll have an eye-lift.’
