Phillip Schofield presents This Morning with Fern Britton

Phillip Schofield's constant updates on Twitter have left him with a sore thumb.

The This Morning host thinks he has repetitive strain injury in the right digit from typing too much.

He also blamed the iPhone puzzle game Flight Control. 

‘Am having to tweet with left hand, think I’ve got RSI in my right thumb!’ writes Phil, 47.

‘Flight Control, texting, twitter, email...It’s inhuman pressure on one digit.'
