Lindsay Lohan responds to TV doctor's limb loss fear

Actress upset by Dr Drew Pinsky's comments

Lindsay Lohan flew back to LA from London with Samantha Ronson on Monday

Lindsay Lohan's hit back at a TV doctor who suggested her lifestyle could lead to her losing a limb.

Dr Drew Pinsky says he's worried about the 22-year-old star.

‘I'm convinced that she'll get sober one day,’ he tells Parade. ‘But I'm afraid that between now and then, she may get a nasty mortal wound of some type.

‘I'm really convinced that something horrible is going to have to happen to her before she really gets over it and embraces sobriety.

‘I have this image that she's going to lose a limb or something before she does. And it scares me.’

Lindsay has replied to his comments on micro-blogging site Twitter.

‘I thought REAL doctors talked to patients in offices behind closed doors,’ she writes. ‘Am I wrong? Hmmmmm. I think not.’
