Amy Winehouse to help kids in St Lucia

Singer is keen to get involved in community projects

Amy Winehouse's most recent gig was at a jazz festival in St Lucia, which was abandoned due to bad weather

Amy Winehouse has volunteered to help sick children in St Lucia.

The singer, 25, is currently recording her third album on the Caribbean island.

And it's thought she'll spend time in clinics, preparing meals and talking to patients. 

‘Amy is keen to look after children through these community projects,’ says her spokesman.
