SHOCK! Joe Swash’s home raided by police

Joe Swash donated his £30,000 I'm A Celebrity charity cash to the Ben Kinsella Trust

Joe Swash's home was raided by police in the early hours of the morning after they apparently received a tip-off about firearms.

The I'm A Celebrity winner, 27, was asleep on the sofa when cops smashed their way into his home.

But officers left the £300,000 flat in King's Cross empty-handed.

'We can confirm that at 6.30am on February 18, 2009, firearms officers executed a warrant under the Firearms Act at an address in north London,' says a spokesman for the Metropolitan Police.

‘No firearm was recovered from the property and no arrests were made.’

Joe's rep confirms: ‘There was a raid by police at his home in London. He is now getting on with his filming commitments.’
