Jack Tweed leaves birthday card at Jade Goody’s grave

Jack Tweed has been out of prison a fortnight

Jack Tweed paid an emotional visit to Jade Goody’s resting place on Friday.

The star's widower tied balloons to her wooden cross and left a moving card to mark what would have been her 28th birthday.

‘There’s not a minute, hour, day or week that goes by where I’m not thinking of you,’ read the note.

Jack and Jade’s friends and family then gathered at St Thomas’ Church in Upshire, Essex, to remember the Big Brother star.

Meanwhile, Jack, who turns 22 tomorrow, marked his own birthday with a beach themed bash at Faces nightclub in Essex.
