Peter Andre: Chantelle Houghton is very sweet

Singer responds to the socialite in his column

Peter Andre met Jordan on TV show I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!

Peter Andre's thanked Chantelle Houghton for her support in the wake of his split from Jordan.

The Celebrity Big Brother winner, 25, confessed in an interview that she'd like to marry the hunk.

'I once said that I would sleep with Peter Andre in a game of "Sleep with, marry or throw off a cliff?"' she told OK!.

'Now that he's back on the market I'd marry Peter Andre.' 

And Pete, 36, has responded to the reality TV star.

‘It’s very sweet of you to say that Chantelle,’ he writes in his new! diary. ‘Thank you.’

Pete split from wife Jordan, 31, last month, after three and a half years of marriage.

Katie Price And Peter Andre: The Next Chapter Stateside airs on ITV2 on Thursdays at 9pm.
