Star visits medical centre after bumping head

Angelina Jolie returned to work on Friday after being treated in hospital for a minor injury.
The actress was filming action movie Salt in New York when she bumped her head.
Angelina, 33, was taken to a nearby medical centre for as a precautionary measure.
But she was back on set the same afternoon.
