Susan Boyle is a favourite to win Britain's Got Talent

Susan Boyle is struggling to deal with the limelight, according to her brother.

‘She has been constantly hounded by fans for the past seven weeks,’ says John Boyle, 59. ‘Like anyone she has a breaking point - she is only human after all.

‘Celebrities have professional people who insulate them from these stresses but she hasn't had this protection.’

Britain's Got Talent bosses have now moved the star, 48, from the Wembley Plaza Hotel to a secret location to escape the media glare.

On Wednesday, Susan was involved in an F-word rant outside her north London hotel after being teased by passers-by.
