Parminder Nagra and James Stenson have been together for 7 years

Parminder Nagra and husband James Stenson have become parents for the first time.

The former ER actress - who starred as Dr Neela Rasgotra in the US drama series - gave birth to Kai David Singh Stenson on Tuesday.

‘They are thrilled,’ a rep tells Us Weekly. ’Mother, daddy and baby are all doing great.’

Parminder, 33, married James, 34, in a Sikh ceremony in January.
