Simon Cowell would probably find 10 Downing Street a bit small as a home

Simon Cowell is the celebrity that most Brits would like to have as their Prime Minister, according to a new poll.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 49, received 21% of the overall vote in the survey of 100,000 people conducted by MSN Entertainment.

‘If Arnold Schwarzenegger's can be Governor of California then why not Simon Cowell at No 10 Downing Street?’ says MSN’s Colleen Last.

Joanna Lumley, 63, came in a close second with a 20% share of the vote. 

Other celebs in the list include Cheryl Cole, 25, and Russell Brand, 33, who share the fifth place spot.
