Jessica Biel is convinced her good looks have hindered her career.

The actress reckons casting agents can’t see past her beauty.

‘It really is a problem,’ says Jessica, 27. ‘I have to be blunt.’

But Jessica, who is dating Justin Timberlake, 28, is determined to win her critics around.

‘I'm in there with everybody else, fighting for the good parts,’ she tells Allure. ‘I just want an opportunity.

‘If you don't like the audition, don't hire me! But if you don't want to even see me - that's hurtful. And why? You know nothing about me.’
