Friends star turns to food to cheer her up

Jennifer Aniston heads for the fridge when she's feeling down

Jennifer Aniston comfort eats when her heart is broken.

The actress, who split from John Mayer, 31, in February, admits that first she has no appetite, then she seeks solace in food.

‘I head straight to the fridge and then go straight to my friends and not in that order,’ says Jennifer, 40. ‘There's nothing like having your girlfriends one phone call away.’

All the gossip about her love life doesn't bother her.
 
‘I know that it will pass and there will come a time in which people will lose interest and they'll talk about more important things,’ Jen tells Woman’s Day magazine.

‘Given the current situation, it doesn't surprise me that people seek to escape with these types of things.’

Jennifer divorced Brad Pitt, 45, in 2005.
