Meg Mathews is excited about her wedding

Meg Mathews is to tie the knot with partner Peter Sidell.

The designer proposed earlier this month while the couple were on holiday in New York with Meg's daughter Anais, 9.  

Meg, 43, and Peter are planning a ceremony for spring 2010.

Guests will include Kate Moss, Sadie Frost and Stella McCartney, confirms her rep.

Meg divorced ex-husband Noel Gallagher, 41, in 2001.
