Jordan and Peter's fake marriage exposed

The planned end of their ‘business arrangement’ relationship hasn’t gone according to plan

On Monday 11 May, Jordan and Peter Andre issued a joint statement announcing their split. 

Peter had grown sick of his wife’s mood swings. The couple's disastrous trip to LA in February, combined with a string of lies, rows, cheating allegations and PR stunts, tipped him into a final decision.

Fans were shocked but Now can reveal that their relationship was all but over two years ago.

Last year, close friends said there was no way their marriage would survive as their rows were so venomous.

Our source says: ‘They’ve no common interests. Since Princess was born, they haven’t been sleeping together and they hate each other’s hobbies – his cars, her horses, his music, her books.’

The warring couple agreed to break up after Jordan’s 30th birthday on 22 May. But Peter was unable to contain himself until the agreed date.

Last Monday, Jordan fled to the Maldives with Junior and Princess, assuming that Peter would be at home to help carers look after her disabled eldest son Harvey.

But the next day, Peter headed to Cyprus to be with his family.
