Shia LaBeouf has opened up about his brief romance with Rihanna.
The pair met through a stylist in 2007 while he was shooting Indiana Jones And The Kingdon Of The Crystal Skull and arranged a dinner date.
‘[I was] filming a sword fight when I got the [text] message,’ the 22-year-old tells Playboy. ‘But it never got beyond one date. The spark wasn't there. We weren't passionate about each other in that way, so we remain friends.’
Rihanna, 21, split from Chris Brown, 19, in February after it was alleged he attacked her.
