Singer devastated by breakdown of marriage

Peter Andre is missing his kids

Peter Andre has rubbished rumours his separation from wife Jordan has been orchestrated to get them publicity.

The couple announced their split last week after 3 and a half years of marriage.

‘It has been a totally devastating week for me,’ says Pete, 36.

‘But I would like to take this opportunity to set the record straight about one thing. You may have read or heard that this is a publicity stunt, but I can assure you it’s not.

‘How could anyone think I would pretend to split up from my wife to grab headlines is beyond me. It’s just sick.’

Peter has also denied reports he’s abandoned step-son Harvey, 6, now that he’s holed up in Cyprus.

‘I desperately wanted to bring Harvey with me,’ he writes in his new! diary. ‘But unfortunately he isn’t allowed any time off school, so Katie’s mum Amy is looking after him.’

Jordan, 30, real name Katie Price, is in the Maldives with Junior, 3, and Princess Tiaamii, 1.
