Hells Kitchen star has come to terms with fact she wont be a mum
Monday, 25 May 2009
Anthea Turner has opened up about not being able to ever experience motherhood.
The Hell's Kitchen star and husband Grant Bovey, both 48, have had no luck with fertility treatments.
‘I’ve had more IVF procedures than you can shake a stick at – none successful,’ says Anthea.
‘It wrings you out emotionally on every level and it’s horrendous coming to terms with the fact you can’t have the baby you so desperately want.
'It took me years to get over the sadness and accept it won’t ever happen.’
Now Anthea has now come to terms with her fate.
‘Women are like tea bags,’ she tells Fabulous. ‘You only know how strong they are when you put them in hot water.’
