Hells Kitchen star has three months to do it

Anthea Turner and her husband Grant Bovey must dig up a £500,000 tennis court and pavilion at their Surrey home.
The couple had the facilities built at the property in the Surrey Hills Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty without planning permission three years ago.
Waverley Council has now rejected the couple's third and final application for retrospective consent.
‘The development has introduced a suburban element into this part of the countryside which clearly harms its rural character,’ says planning inspector Dennis Bradley.
Hell's Kitchen stars Anthea, 48, and Grant, 47, have been given three months to tear down the court and a further three months to restore the land to its former farm use.
‘If they do not comply, prosecution proceedings could be brought, or the council could take direct action and do the necessary work and charge the owner for costs,’ says a spokesperson for Waverley Council.
