Socialite's rep insists the issue's now been resolved

Peaches Geldof was threatened with court action this week after failing to pay her £386 gas bill.
A pink notice was pinned to the front door of the socialite’s New York apartment.
‘If you do not act now, we will have to take further action to discontinue your gas service,’ it read.
‘This could include shutting your gas off from the street or applying for a court order that will allow a New York City Marshall to seize our meter.
'You will be responsible for paying court and marshall fees.’
But a spokesman for Peaches, 20, says the star thought the account had been set up in her manager's name and that the bill would be paid automatically.
‘It was a complete misunderstanding,’ her rep tells the London Lite.
‘The notice has now been removed, the bill has now been paid and Peaches is not having her gas cut off.’
