Michael Jackson was cleared of child abuse charges

Michael Jackson is being sued by his former publicist.

Raymone Bain is seeking £29million from the singer after he allegedly failed to pay for her services.

In a lawsuit filed in Washington DC, she claims Michael, 50, agreed to give her a 10 per cent share of profits for any business deals she arranged.

‘Unfortunately, Mr Jackson has elected not to honour the financial obligations of our contractual relationship, despite my numerous attempts to amicably resolve this matter,’ read the papers.

‘I am sincerely disappointed in Mr Jackson's failure to honour his obligations.’

Raymone acted as Michael’s publicist during his 2005 trial for child abuse and was later made general manager of the company that handles his business affairs.

Michael is yet to comment on the claims.
