Actress is counter-suing former employee Maribel Banegas

Dallas star Victoria Principal is being sued for assault, false imprisonment and emotional distress.
Former maid Maribel Banegas alleges the actress pointed a gun at her after a row over the star's dog.
Now Victoria, 59, is counter-suing her for several claims including trespass, civil extortion and animal cruelty.
Both cases will be heard in Santa Monica, California.
